Purchase of any instrument from us is supported by Installation, Commissioning & Training schedule committed to counsel our clients starting from the process of pre installation through training and beyond.
On purchase of an instrument, coordination is initiated from our end for the following -
- Review the installation schedule
- Assist the customer with site audit and preparation during which time installation resources are determined
- Once agreed we work with you to align resources and schedules the installation.
- Installation of system and product training are performed.
- Training ensures you are able to operate the instrument and run applications as required
- Advanced/ Follow Up training is scheduled with customer within 3 to 6 months after installation or as specified by customer
